Led Industrial Design and Mechanical Development for the award winning “Aaron Wheelz” Stunt RC, a stunt vehicle inspired by wheelchair athlete Aaron “Wheelz”. Performance exceeded standard RC expectations; not only enabling tricks, but with a unique mechanical self-recovery and upright function through minimal user input.

 

This program required personal likeness licensing, raising the bar for accuracy, respect, and finish authenticity. The design placed heavy emphasis on material and surface decisions to faithfully represent the real-world reference while still withstanding high-impact use.
