Hot Wheels id was designed to extend physical play into connected contexts, broadening the product’s relevance at home and in educational environments through the Speedometry program. Made for IOS (MFI). The hardware design prioritized durability, intuitive handling, and resilient surfacing, with deliberate attention to CMF design with reduction to wear over repeated, high-energy use. Design and management of this product development extended to collaboration with and oversight of UX/UI and in-house app development. The product launched through the Apple Store with a strong first run and continued into a second-generation release.
