Created and delivered an inclusive RC controller for users with limited dexterity through a rapid, cross-functional accessibility design sprint. The improvements were intentionally subtle but meaningful in use, including a centered “stunt” button for easier one-touch access, clearer and more deliberate toggle control, and integrated loops for lanyards or tie-down needs. I led collaboration across Industrial Design, Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware to ensure the features improved usability without adding complexity. The final design achieved $0 added cost and ultimately reduced manufacturing cost, making accessibility a scalable standard rather than a premium add-on.
