Bringing precision power and control to the Hot Wheels scale

Created and led the 1:64 modular RC Category and product team to drive portfolio expansion. I lead a  team to fill a market gap- leverage existing tooling while developing the electrical and mechanical architecture to meet the expectations of adult collectors. The result delivered a compact product with a high-performance experience prioritizing strong power delivery and precise steering control at 1:64 scale. We defined shared chassis and electronics interfaces to enable multi-SKU reuse, scalable tooling, and consistent brand execution through high-volume manufacturing. This platform has supported a 6+ year evergreen product line.
